Booking Details

Please Read Before Scheduling

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. The remaining amount is due after the services are completed using debit/credit card or cash only. All services include hair and travel within 20 miles of Orlando.

For locations outside the Orlando area or out-of-state bookings, a custom travel quote will be provided (covers airfare, lodging, and transport, if applicable).

✔️ A clean, safe, and well-lit space is required for all appointments
✔️ Hair must be washed, detangled, and blow-dried before service
✔️ Please ensure there's adequate room for setup and minimal distractions during your appointment

Local Appointments

(Orlando + Surrounding Areas)

If you're based in Orlando or nearby (within a 20-mile radius), booking is fast and seamless.

All local appointments include:

  • Hair provided

  • Travel to your location

  • Full-service setup with professional tools and products

Non-Local Appointments

(Outside of Orlando & Out-of-State)

Not in Orlando or surrounding areas? No problem. We offer exclusive travel appointments tailored to your location and schedule.

Here’s how it works:

  • Send us an email to booking@intuitivebraids.com with your preferred city, dates, and style.

  • We’ll respond with a personalized travel quote that includes flight, hotel, and local transport.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a custom invoice to complete your deposit and lock in your date.
